About Spectrometer :-

Optical Emission Spectrometry involves applying electrical energy in the form of spark generated between an electrode and a metal sample, whereby the vaporized atoms are brought to a high energy state within a so-called "discharge plasma".

The Chamber used to generate the Source of Light /Electromagnetic radiation from the Sample which need to be analyzed.

Optical Emission Spectrometer is a standard technique for analyzing the elemental composition of metals and alloys. A spectrometer is optical instrument that can detect spectral lines and measures their wavelength or intensity.

We have designed Three (3) Models of Optical Emission Spectrometer.

1. ASPHIRE AS-S1 (Designed Multi base with 26+ Elements and upgradable up to 40+ Elements)

2. ASPHIRE AS-S2 (Designed only Single base With 21+ Elements and Upgradable up to 35+ Elements )

3. ASPHIRE AS-S3 ( Designed Multi base & Multi detectors with 32+ Elements and upgradable up to 56+ Elements and specially with Nitrogen )

We are using Latest Detector - CCD ( Charge Coupled Device) or CMOS (Complementary Metal Oxide Semiconductor)
